I started Pole dancing a few years back, when I was 16 (I’m 18 now), and decided I wanted to try it because it looked really cool. I managed to catch on really quickly because I was Crossfitting at the time (and still am) so I had a lot of upper body strength, so I found pole was natural for me. I’m not very flexible though, so in that aspect pole is very hard for me because I can’t get into the graceful bendy moves I wish I could, but that motivates me to work on my flexibility, so that I can overcome any bendy challenge on the pole! I’m so glad I started Pole Dancing, I put my fitness to the test to see if I could do it, and I proved myself right! No matter what I do in life, I will always pole, and I encourage others to try it out as well! Not only do I feel strong, I feel confident and sexy on the pole, and being able to say ‘I can do that on the pole’ is so rewarding. I love Pole Dancing!
