Having exercised all my life, I am very passionate about keeping fit & healthy. I have been practising Pole Fitness for over 5 years, and teaching Pole Fitness for 3 years.
I have recently completed completed my Resistance Training Certification, and I am currently studying Personal Training and Holistic Nutrition.
I have competed in two Pole Competitions, placing 3rd in the Amateur Division in 2016, as well as I love running the 20km Spartan Race every year in the mountains of Montana.
As an instructor, it is so rewarding to see the transformation in women everyday as they make friends, tone their bodies, lose weight and gain confidence, have some laughs and lots of fun in the journey!!! I love having the opportunity to share my experience, knowledge and skills with others. Come dance with me!
