I developed a love for aerobics and exercise in high school- back when head bands and high tops were in! I completed my certification in Group Fitness with the YMCA in 2000 and started teaching aqua fit and boxing. I have since completed training in cardio boxing and kettle bells.
My favourite classes are boot camp style with incorporating functional fitness, strength and cardio moves. You will find me most mornings teaching at 6:00am before I start my job as a Programs Manager at a non- profit agency.
In my down time I love hanging outdoors with my two kids, dogs and husband. I am a big believer in encouraging and pushing others to meet their fitness goals. I am often inspired by so many of the Heartbreaker members and their dedication and perseverance! Come and try a morning class, you may just become a morning person.
